Electricity Company Davos (EWD)

EWD Elektrizitätswerk Davos AG successfully ensures the energy supply of the municipality of Davos for over 125 years and supplies around 15,000 customers in the catchment area with over 450 km of cable and overhead lines. In addition, EWD AG provides services for municipalities and power plants in the energy and network sector. Electrical installations and electrical repair and maintenance work are also part of the wide range of services. As an innovative and future-oriented company, EWD AG promotes energy efficiency and ensures sustainability with its own water power production.
 
EWD AG employs around 50 people for this purpose. As an innovative and future-oriented company, it is a matter of course for EWD to promote energy efficiency and sustainability. They train electricians, network electricians and commercial employees.
