Destination Davos Klosters

Do you want to work where others spend their holidays? Davos is famous as a holiday and winter sport destination worldwide. Back in 1860, the first bed-and-breakfast opened its doors in Europe’s highest city on 1,560 m above sea level. Today, about 80 hotels/group accommodations and several apartments, youth hostels, and campgrounds are welcoming people from all over the world and generating 2.2 million overnights per year (status of 21/22).

Davos has also made itself a name as a congress city. The modern, traditional Davos Congress Centre of the Davos Klosters Destination is a central place and venue for exciting international congresses, events, and trade fairs. Congresses such as the World Economic Forum (WEF) are known far beyond national borders. On 1 June 2020, it was officially designated as Switzerland's first climate-neutral congress centre.

Responsibility for this all lies with the Davos Destinations Organisation (DDO). The DDO is organised as a cooperative with eight board members and around 137 employees.
